General Hospital: Olivia is pregnant with Julian's baby - Will she?

So if you watched Friday, you know that the last thing that happened is that the GH writers have finally introduced Olivia's real life pregnancy into the story line.  YEAH!!  I have seen some comments where people are asking if this is Ned's baby.  Olivia has had NO screen time love partners other than Julian so this baby in this story-line is going to be Julian's.

The question should be, will Olivia tell Julian he is going to be a father or hide it from that mobster just as she  hid her pregnancy with Dante from Sonny?

Will Olivia tell Ned she is pregnant with Julian's baby and will Ned offer to marry her to make the baby his own and protect it from the mob life?

Do you think that Ned would make a better father than Julian?  So far Julian has had 2 children and never knew about either one of them.  Do you think it's fair if that happens to him again?
