The Bold and the Beautiful: Does Brooke have a neurological disease?

B&B:  For the past week, every time we see Brooke in a scene, she can’t help but snap her fingers.  Is Brooke suffering from rare neurological disease that demands she snaps her fingers?  Snap-itis.

Obviously there is no such disease, I am just making a point but how annoying is she and why is she sniffing around Decan?  She made it perfectly clear she wanted nothing to do with him romantically before she went to Italy so why is he the guy she wants to talk to about problems she is having with her son who is not even Decan’s child.

Go get her Quinn and I want a front row seat for this one.  Anybody else think Brooke is going to put her nose in Decan and Quinn’s relationship?
