General Hospital Prediction that Silas has baby Avery-AJ

I just finished watching all the soaps for today.  So LGS is going to go out on the limb and say that it is Silas that has the baby and he has brought her to the NY hospital. 

This is what LGS thinks happened.  When Silas took the babies blood at GH for the physical for CPS, he also looked to see if the blood was a match for Ava’s to see if the baby was a possible donor.  Once he discovered the baby was a donor he went to the room where all the video monitoring equipment is kept, turned it off and went back to the exam room and took the baby.

LGS thinks that he will let Ava think he is drugging her so she can die and instead he will do the bone marrow transfer.  LGS does not even think that he will tell her that he found a donor (from the donor registry) because she will ask too many questions. 

When the bone marrow has been removed from Avery/AJ, he will bring the baby to a safe place and leave her with a note attached to her saying who she is and where she needs to go. 
Does this sound like a plausible explanation for what has happened to Avery/AJ?

Is it too late for Michael?  Has he already turned into an alcoholic because of Kiki and Morgan and because of course it runs in his blood stream?  Will Sabrina bring him back to sobriety and when doing so, they fall in love?
