General Hospital- Friday Live Show Commentary

LGS wondered if GH doing a “Live Show,” meant live in front of a studio audience.  That question was answered on Friday when the show went what they called “Live” and the only difference the audience saw in the show was some of the timing was off and they had faster cuts to commercial.

In fact, LGS has to comment about how “LIVE” this actually was when in fact the dramatic music played in the background and normally that music is inserted during editing and certainly does not happen when the actors are taping their shows. 

With that being said, the actors that participated did a very good job.  There were only a few messes up of lines and some prop mishaps like Nina’s coffee table in her hotel suite and Sonny’s booze cart.

The actor that portrays Sloane committed some extreme OVER ACTING during his scenes so if we had to name the worst ‘LIVE’ performance, it would have come from him. If we had to name a best performance it would have to have come from Hayden (Rebecca Budig.) The ‘All My Children,” alum truly enjoyed what she was doing and did a great job with it.
