General Hospital is Carlos the new mob boss?

I'm back and I am now the BOSS!!

So, the last time anybody saw Carlos, his body was being dumped off the dock but was he actually dead?  We know that Anna was imagining being stalked by him and that was pretty entertaining stuff.  His ghostly appearances really illustrated just what a great actor he is and how he was being wasted being Julian's right hand man.  

Now who is the BOSS Julian? 

Many people made the statement that Carlos would have made a fine mob boss. If Carlos came back wouldn't there would be plenty of people he might want to get even with?  He would certainly want to nail Sonny to a cross and isn't it suspicious that it is Sonny's shipments being screwed with right now?  On top of that, whoever is messing with Sonny's shipments is making it look like it was Julian.  Would Carlos have a bone to pick with Julian?  You bet he would.  Carlos threw him under the bus.

What amazes Let's Get Soapy is that nobody else has guessed that it is probably Carlos behind this attack.  Does anybody remember that Carlos was actually related to Lily, Sonny's dead wife?  That was the only reason why Sonny didn't kill Carlos in the cemetery that day.  Carlos would have been rescued by a member of another mod group that helped him get well with the intentions of taking over the Corinthos territory and what was left of the Jerome territory. If these new writers are any good, they will have already written Carlos back into the fabric of Port Charles.  They have Anna back, the original Sloane is coming back and they are the two that disposed of the body of Carlos or think they had.  It would be fun for him to mess with their minds a little bit before he lets them know that he is back and he is the new MOB KING!!
