General Hospital: Angel of death

Franco and that adorable pup.  Wish the pup stayed.  

So do the viewers think that Dr. Fin is killing these patients with some drug that he is testing or is there another angel of death at General Hospital.  Does anyone think it is Franco totally off his rocker?  If Let's Get Soapy had to guess, we would take a look at the nursing staff.  

Is she the angel of death??

Historically, angels of mercy or death tend to be nurses.  There is a blonde nurse that likes to gossip but would that be too obvious?  The question has to be asked, why is the person who is killing patients killing the ones that are not really that sick?  

The only answer to that question would be to either ruin the new doctor or ruin the hospital.  The timing says this is personal and aimed at the doctor.  Does anyone think that Dr. O is doing this?
