So rumor has it that Duke will be back and some people are hinting that he is only coming back for an episode or two so because of that, it is being guessed that he will be an apparition, a ghost.  The viewer has been led to believe that Dr. Griffin Monro is Dukes son who was raised by a mother than kept the who, what and when about his father to him until right before she died.  

Let's Get Soapy is going to go out on a limb and state that Griffin is actually the child that Duke and Anna lost.  The stolen fetus story-line has been done before and there is no reason why it can't be done again.

The viewers are also aware that Griffin in hiding some deep secret that has to do with Nathan and there is definitely something to do with romance and a gun shot wound that Griffin is sporting.  What the viewers don't know is this"  Is Griffin actually Claudette, Nathans EX-FRENCH CANADIAN wife who has transitioned into Griffin?  

Or was Griffin Claudette's lover?  The viewer knows that Nathan told Maxie that Claudette was having an affair and just married him for a green card.  If she married him for a green card, we must ask why she couldn't marry her lover for a green card unless her lover was a female and back in the 2000's same sex couples couldn't marry.  

Now, if Griffin is in fact Anna & Duke's child, he may have been Anna & Duke's daughter turned son.  Ann is very opened minded and she would just be happy to have that child in her life so if that is where this is going, it should go there sooner than later.  

Who do the viewers think Griffin is, where did he come from and was Nathan the person that shot Griffin years ago?
