They get to Eric’s and Serena talks Eric into going to talk to his Super so she can look for the elephant. The elephant is not in the spot it was in a few days ago.
Serena and Eric end up making love again and when they are done, Serena asks Eric where the elephant is? He informs her that he gave it away.

During this past week, we have seen the writing for Serena go from them wanting the viewers to mistrust Serena and dislike her to softening up her personality and circumstances as to why she might be looking for this elephant.

We now know that Serena is being rough armed into getting this elephant. The last few weeks the writing leads us to believe that Serena was a sneaky with looking to hurt Eric.
By the end of this week, they now want us to know that whatever Serena is doing, she is being forced to do it and she does not want Eric hurt.
I would be interesting to hear how the viewers are feeling about Serena in light of the fact that the writers now want us to have compassion for Serena. Please feel free to tell us what you think?
