In November she announced that she was 3 months along so she is probably actually between 7 & 8 months along by now. We should hear that she has delivered sometime at the end of April or May.
The only reason it seems like she is suddenly pregnant is because GH has been hiding her under big clothing and pocket books and whatever other props they could put in front of her. She has look pregnant to LGS for quite some time.

They will either have her go away for a little while when she has her real life baby or they will film, around her absence.
They had Maxie go away on her “Eat, Pray, Love,” fiasco and bring home that make pretend Australian after she delivered.
LGS believes that GH filmed around Sabrina’s maternity leave filming things before and holding some footage. Then they actually had her deliver on the show way before she delivered in real life. In fact, Sabrina was still pregnant when she was at her baby Gabriel’s neonatal incubator and she actually had her baby when they had her off with her relatives.

Do you want to pick delivery dates for (Olivia) Lisa in real life? What day do you think Lisa LoCiceros is actually going to deliver her baby? I love the way Alexis is staring right into the camera on this photo!
