Sloan and Anna share a dark secret 

Sonny’s shooter revealed if you can read between the lines and find the clues.   It is no coincidence that Anna and Sloan are back just in time for Sonny to be shot by someone who is setting Julian up. 

Everyone has tried to make it look like Julian is the behind the scene king pin but he is not.  It is however an ex-employee of his who has an ax to grind with him since Julian threw him under the bus right before Anna and Sloan shot him.  Yes, the shooter is Carlos.

Another clue is that Carlos always shoots wearing black leather gloves and as you can see, the shooter was wearing black leather gloves. 

At one time Sonny was going to shoot Carlos in a grave and Carlos talked him out of it by saying he was related to Lily.

Let’s Get Soapy thinks that Carlos is a strong enough actor to come back and really shine as a villain.  He showed the viewers that when Anna was having ghostly visits by the man she thinks she killed.

Bringing Carlos back will also clear Anna’s conscience so she can be with Sloan and start living her life again in Port Charles.
