General Hospital has been keeping the fans on the edge of their seats screaming obscenities at the character of Elizabeth for months now.  Is Elizabeth finally starting to feel guilty about what she is doing?  Will there be anything that can happen to Elizabeth that will make the fans love her again after a year of her lying to everyone?
