Dr. Anderson tries to convince Sharon that she had her baby.  Sharon wants it to be true so it will be true in her jumbled mind.

Mariah and Kevin have their usual adorable banter.  Let’s Get Soapy still has hope for them yet.

Victor goes to see Adam in prison.  Adam calls for the guard as he thinks Victor is there to taunt him.

Poor poor Devon is so hurt.  Hillary doesn’t care what she hurls at him. 

Dylan finds Dr. Neville and it gets bad. 

Devon does call the police on Neil and Paul tells him that Dylan has a lead on Dr. Neville. Devon tells Paul he is on his way to see him. 

“Cowboy on steroids,” is what Dr. Neville calls Dylan which is very Tad Martin like.  Dylan wants to know about Dr. Neville treating Hillary.  Dr. Neville protects Neil and Gwen. He tells Dylan he left Hillary at Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Anderson tells Sharon that the baby is the spitting image of his father and the very next scene they show Adam.  Does Dr. Anderson know that Adam is the father of Sages baby or does she think it is Nick?  If she does know that the father is Adam, who does she have a vendetta against, Sage or Adam? 

Victor tells Adam that he is there to get him out of jail and that he wants him to help him.  Victor tells Adam that Chelsea persuaded him to rethink things. 

Doctor Anderson calls Mariah and tells her that she has a new baby brother.  She tells Mariah that Sharon had never had a miscarriage and that she had a full term baby. 

Hillary stops Devon in the elevator and asks him to stop and think of Neil. Hillary gets in the elevator and stops it.  She says she will do anything to save Neil, what do you want she asks him?  He says I just want my wife back.  She says let’s do it.  He tells her he doesn’t want sex in an elevator. 

Dylan calls his father and tells him he has found Dr. Neville and to meet him at the motel. 

In the meantime Victor tells Adam that he thinks that Billy has restarted Paragon and that Billy has a partner, the unlikely duo.  Victor has figured out that it is Phyllis. 

Mariah goes to the hospital to see her mother. Sharon waves for Mariah to come into the hospital room.

Victor tells Adam he needs a partner who thinks the way he does and asks him if he is willing to do it?

Mariah gets Dylan on the phone and while Sharon is telling him about the baby, Dr. Neville sticks a needle in Dylan’s neck.

Neil goes to the precinct to turn himself in.  Devon is with him.  Devon is starting to have second thoughts about doing it. 

Paul finds Dylan on the motel room floor unconscious and he is pretty upset.  At first glance he thought his son was dead.   Is Dylan dead?  Will he ever get to see the baby he thinks is his child?
