Jack and Billy have yet another fight!!

Adam talks to Jack while at the penthouse in front of Chelsea about him advising his father to sue Jabot and the Abbott family but that he left them and exit strategy throw Billy under the bus.

Phyllis and Billy talk about how Billy should take the fall regarding reigniting Paragon.

Victor and Ashley have a discussion in the Jabot Labs. Ashley wants to play Let’s Make A Deal.

Jack and Billy have another argument.  Billy pushes Jack around in front of Phyllis and Ashley.

Marisa finally meets her daughter.  She does not want to walk away from her and cringes as her daughter calls another woman “Momma.”

Marisa is thrilled at how gorgeous her daughter is and Noah tells her that something doesn’t add up with his whole story.  Marissa confronts Luca about the fact that her daughter didn’t look abused or that she was in an abusive situation. In fact she is in one of the most expensive schools in that country.

Luca finally admits that he had known where their daughter has been all the time.  The woman who has been raising Ava’s name is Carmen.  Carmen is attached to the child and begs them to not take the child. 

Kevin reveals that the Santori family has been investigated for arms dealing and more.  There is blood on the hands of the Santori family and Victor is now in bed with them.

Mariah really seems jealous over Kevin’s mystery woman.  They go into The Underground and Kevin finally explains to Mariah what is going on.  Billy eavesdrops on their conversation. Billy asks for Kevin’s help. 

Noah confronts Victor about his association with the Santori family. Victor warns him to stay out of this. 

Adam tells Chelsea he is giving Billy his last chance to get his family back.

Marissa decides to leave her daughter with her adoptive family.

The last scene is Jack declares WAR on Victor.
