General Hospital: If Nelle looks familiar here is why

Are they 1/2 sisters? It looks like it is a possibility. 
Hey General Hospital viewers, does Nelle look really really familiar to you?  Well here is why.  Do you remember the very exciting episodes where Luke's past is revealed and the viewers learn that Luke accidentally killed his mother?  Well the girl that played Lukes teenage sister Patricia was portrayed by Chloe Lanier who is now Nelle.  
Are these two girls Carly's daughters?  
That is certainly keeping with the fact that Let's Get Soapy is thinking that the writers are going to make Nelle a blood relative to Carly.  Is Nelle Carly's biological daughter that she does not remember having?  If these two girls are Carly's daughters, that would mean that Carly has 2 daughters and 2 sons plus little step-daughter Avery and Christina of course.

      Carly is married to her father, so yeah, Carly is Kristina's stepmother, I believe, as well as Avery's and Dante's. There may be more that I can't remember right now, seeing as how potent Sonny's sperms are. Sonny is actually step-father to Michael and Josselin (sp?). Jason is technically Michael's uncle, being the half-brother of AJ. Monica is Jason's step-mother and step-grandmother to Danny and Jake, who are half-brothers. She is step-aunt to Tracy's kids. And I don't even want to get started on Kristina's mother Alexis, or the
      Webbers or the Spencers. Whew!! Oh and how could I forget the Cassadines.

    Yes she is. She is married to Sonny and Christina is his daughter so that makes her Carly's stepdaughter

    I've said it before in other places, but you tell me if the lady who plays Nelle doesn't look like a young Diane Lane. I think the similarity is evident.Do you agree?
