General Hospital: Is Ellie pregnant with Spinelli's baby

Is there another baby on its way to Port Charles?  Is Georgie going to have a baby brother or sister?  It could be possible since Spinelli had been living with Ellie for a year.  She could have gotten pregnant right around the time that Ellie told Spinelli to go to Port Charles and find out if he still loved Maxie.

How would this complicate things for the couples?  Would Maxie fight for Spinelli or run right back to Nathan? 

They really seem to like having babies on General Hospital this year. How would the viewers feel about Ellie being pregnant with Spinelli’s baby?
