General Hospital real life pregnancy shockers this week are plentiful.  The actress Teresa Castillo who plays Sabrina Santiago announced over the weekend via twitter that she was pregnant.

Today Michele Stafford who plays Nina announced that she is EXPECTING her 2nd child.  She announced this via instagram and it has been confirmed by Soap Opera digest. 

The actress Lisa LoCicero who plays Olivia recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.  Congratulations ladies from The Daily Banner.
