Young and Restless: Crazy eyed Neil

What is up with Neil?  Has he totally lost his mind?  It is very hard to believe that this short relationship/marriage he had with Hillary has pushed him over the edge.  It just doesn’t make sense for the character of Neil Winters.  If he was going to go crazy, he should have done that when he lost Dru.

They keep showing him spying and stalking Devon and Hillary.  Devon and Hillary are now openly engaged and Neil’s eyes have gone all sinister on him. 

Are they going to write the baby into the story-line?      

It is getting almost impossible to hide Hillary’s baby bump at this point.  By the way, the real life actress is having a baby boy. 
How much longer is it going to be before we see Neil commit some kind of felony against Devon and Hillary?
