DAYS OF OUR LIVES EPIC EPISODE

Today's Days of our Lives was EPIC.  Kristian Alfonso who portrays Hope Brady was phenomenal.  In today's episode Hope not only faces her demons but she faces her angels and all the things that her holding her back from living a full happy healthy life. 

The episode kicked off with Peter Reckell dropping in as Bo Brady to spend some much needed time with Hope in the cabin.  She chases him away and he teases her by asking her if that is how she is currently handling all the men in her life.  We know it is true because she is doing that to both Rafe and Aiden. 

We see Larry come back and confront her.  He lets her know that killing a man and having somebody else pay for it is not cool.  That visit prompts a visit by Stefano where ultimately Hope promises him that she will keep an eye on Chad. 

Hope & Bo's dead son Zac comes for a visit

The most touching was the return of a grown up Zac, Hope and Bo's little boy that got hit by a car that Bo's daughter Chelsea.  Zac appears as a young man in his 20's and lets his mother know that he watches over her, is always by her side and loves her still and he knows she loves him.  

The episode ends with Hope having to let go of Bo finally so she can move on with her life.  She asks for one more dance and that is where the teardrops really start to fall for any viewer that knows the history of these two characters on the show.  

Hope and Bo walk to the front door of the cabin and Hope leaves the cabin with a big smile on her face walking into the rest of her life leaving Bo behind.  The next scene we the viewer sees that this has been a dream but a dream that has moved up into the next phase of her life.  She leaves the cabin and leaves all her demons and ghosts behind.  This is a truly amazing episode full of Emmy submission clips that would sure go a long way in getting Kristian an Emmy.  Thank you Days of our Lives for some grand story telling today.
