Young and Restless Cabin Killer OMG!!

Courtney and Harding at police headquarters
Young and Restless Wednesday spoiler bring some pretty revealing things.  If you don’t want to know what is going to happen, leave this page immediately.

So, you’re still here.  Okay, here we go.  Kevin wants to go camping.  Mariah does not.

Harding killed Courtney to protect Marco and himself
So right off the bat, they have Marco say to Detective Harding:  “is that anyway to greet your partner?”

Victor tells Victoria that someone is planning to take over the company.  Victor thinks that Billy is behind the plan to take over the company.

Harding and Marco are partners.
Phyllis comes home and kisses Jack and tells him she is married to the best man in this world.
Kevin and Mariah meet Paul down at the coffee house. “There’s a killer on the loose and your lead detective wants to go fishing.”

We see a bunch of flashbacks of how Harding and Marco met.  A match made in heaven on the side of the road.

Victoria does not believe that it is Billy.  Victor finds out that Victoria and Billy are getting back together and Victor loses his mind. She tells Victor she is trying to protect her family just like Victor is trying to protect his.

Phyllis thinks that Victoria might be using Billy to get info and she tells Billy that he cannot trust Victoria

Jack calls Victor and tells him to meet him in Chancellor Park.  Jack thinks that Marco might be behind the Paragon Project.  He wants Phyllis to think back and try and remember if he gave her a clue about being behind a special project.
Paul wants Kevin and Mariah to stay out of it before he fires Kevin for real this time.

Great line of the day from Phyllis, “What is this high noon?”

Billy sees Victoria look in the folder and he accuses her of spying on him.  It turns out that she spilled coffee on it.  She ends of breaking up with him again.

Marco has all intentions of taking back Jack’s life and Jack’s wife.

The big kicker here is that HARDING killed both Courtney and Austin.  Killing Austin was an accident.  He just really meant to knock him out and killing Courtney was to cover up what he had done.  Now Marco expects Harding to help him get Jack’s life back.  That means that Marco is going to want Harding to kill Jack and get rid of the body.

Previews:  Show Marco telling Harding he is going to do what he says.
Collin is once again blackmailing Devon
Jack asks Adam if he has devised the Paragon Project?

So for months all the viewers held out hope that Austin and Courtney would be alive or at least one of them would be and the writers killed off both of them and made Harding the killer.  This is pretty piss poor writing. It would have been much better if it was Austin doing this all along and Harding could have been another one of Paul’s long lost sons.  What a waste of characters.

Young and Restless Thursday spoiler

Marissa
This is a Young and Restless Thursday spoiler for next week.   Don’t read it if you don’t want to know what happens! Jack is pretty upset with Victor but we all need to remember that Jack killed Kelly or at least he thinks he did and Victor has that over his head and intends on using it.

Chelsea overhears Phyllis and Billy planning to take Gabriel down that he is not Jacks son.  She contacts Adam and gives him the heads up.  He ends up telling them that he and Jack planned the lie together and admits that he is not Jacks son.

Kyle and Summer are together; Mariah and Kevin show up at Summer’s door and tell them about Marissa.  Noah confronts Marissa and tells him the truth about Marco and she tells him that Marco is dead at the bottom of Lake Delaney.  Stitch is acting very suspicious in front of Abbey.  How has she not picked up that there is something going on with him?

Noah and Marissa
Chelsea and Adam are at the bar at the A-club and Chelsea tells him she is going to take a cab and go home.  She goes home and Connor is having a nightmare.  She tells him she feels like she is living in a nightmare of her own.  She is really struggling with Gabriel being Adam.

Victor shows up at the bar and messes with Gabes head.  He laughs and says, yeah, when Jack wakes up he is going to tell the whole story.  Victor knows he is going to get away with it again because he has Jack killing Kelly over Jacks head.

Marissa and Noah
Noah asks the Scooby Doo gang to keep Marissa’s secret and they all reluctantly agree to do so.  Marissa considered running but decides to trust Noah.  He comes to her and tells her that everyone is going to keep quiet.  She kisses him very romantically and then come very close to going to bed together but she stops it.

The show ends with Jack telling his family that Victor was telling the truth and that he shot him in self-defense.

42nd Daytime Emmy Awards Results and Highlights

LGS had a DAYTIME EMMY Party and made merry while the folks we love and watch every single day were being honored for what they do best.  We are bringing you these results and highlights as we understand that a lot of folks didn’t have a way to watch the show.
Images captured from 42nd Annual Daytime Emmy Award Show

The first Emmy for the night was for Out-standing supporting actress went to Amelia Heinle (Victoria Newman) of The Young and the Restless.  Her acceptance speech was terrible.  She said she was not being eloquent and she really wasn’t.  She also said she was shocked that she won this award and that was fact was pretty obvious.  Her cast mates were very happy for her.

The next Emmy for Out-standing supporting actor went to Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos Quartermaine) LGS can’t keep up with that characters name but we hope you know who we are talking about of GH.  He was very excited to win and thanked many people appropriately.  I hope his brother doesn’t have someone call him this week and tell him it was a mistake like they did for his nomination.

The Younger Out-Standing supporting actor went to Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis) of Days of Our Lives.  The LGS team though he truly earned it this year and it looks like it will be his swan song as he has already taped his last episode and is out of there.  His parents were in the audience to support him tonight. Their presence there tonight could have been a condition of his parole.  He is heading back to his home state to clean up his act, do his community service and be a better man. It is a shame that Days is losing him as he truly is a talented actor who seems to have momentarily lost his way.

The Younger Out-standing supporting actress Emmy was a total shock to the LGS team.  For the past year, all the team has read is complaints about this actresses whining.  She is certainly the queen of whining but the committee thought that Hunter King (Summer Newman) of Y&R should take home the Emmy.  This obviously wasn’t fan voted because she would not have won.  She had a nice speech and her cast mates stood and applauded for her.  She is a pretty girl but she needs to calm down the whining.

The Best Actor Emmy went to Anthony Geary (Luke Spencer if you live in a cave) from General Hospital.  Everyone knows that Luke has a storyline that actually saw a birthday/anniversary but with that he acted his butt off so this was a earned award.

The Best Actress Emmy went Maura West (Ava Jerome) of General Hospital so General Hospital took the gold home in that category.  Maura did a good job but LGS does not think she did a better job than Allison Sweeney (Sami Brady) on Days of Our Lives.  Maura’s work has been great since the cancer diagnosis and for 2 days during the delivery of the baby but in comparison, Allison Sweeney did a straight 4 months of excellent, phenomenal work so LGS. Maura looked thrilled to get the win and looked nice and pink and healthy.

There was a tie for BEST DAYTIME DRAMA and they announced ‘Days of our Lives,’ first.  Days definitely deserved to win it but they deserved to win it alone.  ALLISON SWEENEY and JAMES SCOTT gave a solid 4 months of phenomenal drama in a row with their story-line. ‘The Young and the Restless’ has only gotten interesting in the last 4 months since they got their new head writer. They had lost their matriarch and have struggled to redefine who they are until Pratt started writing story-line. Now things have gotten interesting.  Had this been next year, I would have said well deserved.

Some wonderful highlights were Betty White receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award.  She had everyone laughing in the audience.

There was also Fan Voted:
Best Bitch Slap and Quinn hitting Brooke won that poll.
Best Wedding Disaster and the Carly and Franco Wedding won that poll.
Bold and Beautiful - Best Writing and Directing Team.

Before we go we wanted to share this special project with you.  If you have a minute, please read. This little boy will pull at your heartstrings.

Super Storm Sandy didn’t just change lives up North.  The aftermath of that storm caused a huge branch to snap in the playground of a day care where this precious little 2 year old boy was playing.  That little boy’s name is Tripp Halstead.  That branch caused traumatic brain injury as it literally crushed a large section of Tripp’s skull which damaged his brain.

The doctors really didn’t think he would survive but he did.  After 6 months, and to date, 16 surgeries, this little boy is now 4 years old and growing, trying to talk, smiling and moving his arms and legs.  He is featured in my new book, “The Traveling Jalapeno’s Meet Tripp Halstead,” which will be available on Amazon soon.  I have written a song that offers hope and inspiration that where there is life, there can be a miracle.  Tripp inspired the song and it is called, “The Little Boy That Could – Tripp’s Song.”  That song is being released on iTunes on April 28, 2015.  1/2 the proceeds from downloads are being donated to Tripp for his nursing care that insurance does not cover.  Help us get this song to #1 on iTunes next week when it is released by downloading it immediately.  For a sneak peek/listen to the song, see the YouTube promo.
