Billy Miller has really made a name for himself in the soap world. He has amassed a huge fan following with soap fans from both Young and Restless and General Hospital fighting over him.  

Before Billy Miller was on the Young and the Restless he played a despicable character named Richie on All my Children. He was the kind of guy you loved to HATE.
