Formerly known to the soap world Farah Fath is a new Mom
Farah took to Twitter and made the birth announcement her self. Farah married her boyfriend of two years, two years ago. She is now Farah Galfond. Farah LeeAllen Fath Galfond portrayed Mimi Lockhart on the NBCsoap operaDays of Our Lives from 1999 to 2007, and Gigi Morascoon the ABC Daytime soap opera One Life to Live from 2007 to 2012. Fath returned to Days of Our Lives temporarily in 2018.
Let's Get Soapy is devastated to learn of the passing of the mother creator of 'All My Children,' and 'One Life To Live." Agnes Nixon was a genius at bringing real life drama into our living rooms through her writing of brilliant characters and story-line. It is hard to see typing past the tears that are rolling down my face. We are never supposed to write in first person but this time I have to make an exception. I cannot begin to do justice at this time in tribute to this wonderful, beautiful brilliant woman who brought so much joy into people's lives, day after day, year after year through her storytelling. The Chairman of Disney Robert A. Iger confirmed earlier today that Ms. Nixon passed away. He said this:
"It is with a heavy heart I mourn the passing of television pioneer Agnes Nixon, someone I was proud to call a friend. Agnes’ impact on daytime television and pop culture is undeniable. He went on to say: "She was the first to champion socially relevant topics, and the towns and characters Agnes brought to life leave an indelible imprint on television that will be remembered forever. On behalf of Walt Disney and ABC, I want to extend our deepest condolences to her family.”
To 'All My Children,' and 'One Life to Live' fans, she was more than just the creator of these shows. She remained very much involved in the shows and was responsible for bringing relevant social topics and events to the surface so that they could be talked about. Soap Stars who worked with Agnes are mourning her loss tonight.
We will love you and miss you forever Miss Agnes!!

Let's Get Soapy was thinking about the current cast of Young and Restless and what they should and could do to not only increase viewership but to enhance the show. They just hired Michael E. Knight. Ironically, they just recently let Cady McClain go. At one time Michael E. Knight and Cady McClain played the SUPER COUPLE Tad & Dixie on 'All My Children.' It would be a smart move on the part of the writers and powers that be if they were to resurrect the character that Cady McClain played and bring her back and match her up with the crazy professor Dr. Neville currently being portrayed by Michael Knight. In fact, they could bring her back in a coma NOT DEAD as Jack thought she was and have Dr. Neville bring her out of her coma.

That would get Jack off on that possible future murder charge and it would give the Young and the Restless an increased viewership when All My Children fans come on over to Y&R to see their Tad & Dixie together again. Yes, they will have different names but the chemistry will still be there. The soap world has been keeping up with his mothers daily updates and praying every single day since her son was in that horrific accident. It seems that unfortunately it was not enough to keep him here with us. Sadly, Nathaniel passed away earlier today. This is the message his mother posted on his Facebook page. "Nathaniel Marston UPDATE: November 11, 2015 - Dear family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I share this devastating news. My beloved and cherished son, Nathaniel Marston, who was putting up the good fight until last night was not able to continue due to the traumatic and devastating nature of his injuries. Nathaniel passed away peacefully as I held him in my arms. Father William, myself and his second Mommy Lisa, and our dear friend Charlotte were by his bedside, he was not alone. His injuries, which Dr.’s did their best to heal were not responding to treatment and one after another his bodily functions failed to support his life. Had Nathaniel lived he would have required a ventilator and would never have been able to utter one more word and would have been sentenced to life as a quadriplegic. A condition that Nate would have never have been able to tolerate. By Gods love and mercy Nathaniel was spared this living hell and has traveled on to be with God, his cherished Grandmother Mary Jackson, Grandfather John Jackson and my sister his Aunt Nora…. God is merciful and because of his mercy God ended Nathaniel’s pain and suffering at 3:15 today PST in Reno, NV. Nathaniel now lives with Father God, surrounded with peace, love and light. Know that I am deeply grateful for all of you for taking this tragic two week journey with me Nathaniel and our family. Your unfailing support, prayers, love and positive thoughts that you have sent our way, in what has been the worst two weeks of my life, have held all of us up giving us the strength to get through each hellish day. Arrangements will be made for a memorial service in New York City, NY, Kauai, HI and Gerlach, NV. As soon as dates for these services are known they will be posted. Again, thank you for your prayers, your love, your kindness and your friendship which has allowed me and my family to be strong enough to be by my son's side for these past 12 days. The outpouring of your love came as an unexpected gift and I don't know how I will repay you for all of your love, prayers and support. Thank you for sharing your love, your experiences with me about how my treasured child, a man who grew into an individual who touched more lives than I ever could have known. JUST IN: This is an update from Nathaniel's Mom. Nathaniel Marston update: Thank you for your love prayers and positive thoughts which ARE making a difference. Nathaniel is going into surgery this afternoon at 12:30 PST. His last surgery to alleviate pressure on the spine went very well and Nate is taking some breaths on his own. Today Dr.s will do their best to repair breaks in his neck and stabilize his neck. Thanks you again for your love prayers and support. I will update everyone as soon as I have more news.Warm wishes from me ,my family and Nathaniel.
ET Tonight is reporting that Marston may have fallen asleep at the wheel. This is the statement released by the local police in Nevada. "The vehicle drifted into the opposite lane and it is believed that when Marston awoke he over-corrected, causing his pickup truck to flip several times," the statement continues.
Marston, who was not wearing a seat- belt at the time of the accident, "was ejected from the vehicle through the windshield and upon landing crushed several vertebrae in his neck and back. Remarkably, he suffered no head trauma."
